Shipping & Return Policy

At NBM Silvers, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 925 sterling silver jewelry. To ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience, please review our strict shipping and return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility We accept returns strictly for damaged products or if you received the wrong item. We may request an unboxing video for damaged or wrong items. To protect both our customers and our business, an uncut, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory to claim a return for a damaged or incorrect item.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the defect or wrong item upon first inspection.

  • If no uncut unboxing video is provided, your return request will be considered void and will not be processed.

Reporting Timeline & Return Window

  • Report within 48 Hours: Any issue (damage or wrong item) must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • 7-Day Return Window: All accepted returns must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund, the returned jewelry must be:

  • Unworn and completely free of any additional damage.

  • Returned in its original packaging (the NBM Silvers box).

  • Have all original tags attached and untampered.

Other Returns & Deductions In the rare event that a return is accepted for reasons outside of damage or receiving the wrong item, a processing and logistics fee will apply. We will deduct Rs. 100 or the total to-and-fro shipping charges (whichever is higher) from your final refund amount.

Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at our facility, our quality check team will inspect it within 48 hours.

  • Processing: Upon successful confirmation that the item meets our return conditions, we will initiate your refund.

  • Credit Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your original mode of payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: If your order was placed via COD, you will be asked to provide your valid UPI ID or Bank Account details to our support team so we can transfer your refund.
