1. Lightning-Fast Order Processing

Same-Day Dispatch: We pride ourselves on speed. The vast majority of our orders are carefully packed and shipped out the very same day they are placed.

1-Day Dispatch: In rare cases—such as orders placed late in the evening, on Sundays, or during high-volume festival sales—your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.

If there is ever an unforeseen delay with your shipment, our team will personally contact you via WhatsApp or email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Prepaid Orders: We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal flat convenience fee of Rs. 50 will be applied at checkout.

Once dispatched, the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and pin code.

Note: Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take a few extra days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for all eligible pin codes for an additional charge of Rs. 50.

Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package and hand over the exact cash amount to the delivery executive.

To prevent fraudulent orders, our team may reach out via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your COD order before it is dispatched. Unverified orders may be cancelled.
4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your jewelry is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If the package remains undelivered due to the customer being unavailable, providing an incorrect address, or rejecting the parcel, it will be returned to our facility. (For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to non-availability, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund).
